Lake Powell, Jackson Hole, Parades and Parties, School

I haven't blogged forever so I am playing catch up.  My whole family went to Lake Powell in July.  It has been years since all my family was together on a trip so it was fun to have everyone.  We stayed on a houseboat this year instead of camping and this might seem weird but I like camping better.  I worried too much about my girls falling in or drowning on the houseboat.  We had fun though.  I tried paddle-boarding for the first time.  It was fun.
The three pictures below are all out of order.  Eliza and Brianna have started their ballet classes again.

This is Brianna on the her first day of Preschool this year.
Now we are back to Lake Powell.  We had fun swimming, boating, tubing, water skiing, and riding on the jet skis.

Over Labor Day weekend we went up to Jackson Hole with my family that lives in my parents house.  It was fun too.
We spent part of the time in Jackson Hole and part camping at Granite Creek.  Above and below we are at the Granite waterfall.  It is beautiful.
We loved our time sitting around the camp fire.
We had fun swimming in the hot springs.

We got an old time photo taken in Jackson Hole.
Other summer activities- birthday parties.
24th of July parades. Fun, fun!

We're sad summer is over but exited for the school year and dance classes.  I'm in heaven two days a week because I have one and a half hours when my two older girls are in school at the same time and I can actually get something done:)

  1. You have had a fun busy summer. I hate to see it end but it is fun to see the girls so excited about school.
